Sweet, def good to know.......so as far as bugeling (spelling?) is that equivalent to that of grunting at whitetail?

Bugles can work, but I've found you've gotta be close - within 100 yards or less - or they won't pay much attention to it. Cow mews work well too.

Thats a nice trophy room dhextremecb. If I get a cow I'm going to do the same thing. If you look at the major announcement revealed, you 'll see Doug Wigfield, owner of crowmart and the sika seducer, will be giving a seminar. Really good info and answers all questions about those little elk. He said he taught Osprey everything he knows. LOL. But seiously a seminar you won't want to miss!

hahaha, I like that one, "little crab claw buck", Nah, I haven't gotten him back yet, as a matter of fact I was at the taxidermist, Southern Maryland Taxidermy, a couple weeks ago, just to see it again, if you don't look at it all the time, the size just fades away. So anyway, he was guessing it'd probably score in the high 140's low 150's. This guy does amazing work, highly reccommended to all.
As for the trophy room, all those trophies are Fever's.....I only have two on the way, skull mounts, one an eight that I shot down in Alabama at White Oak Plantation and another eight that I hit with my Mustang on Mt. Victoria road. It was too pretty not do a mount of it. So out out 10 racks, 2 shoulder mounts, a sika hide and a turkey fan, 2 of them are mine. Fever's one bad motha. haha, Alrighty, enough of my rambling.

I like that cow hide, I'm thinking of working on a bunch of hides this year, save up enough to make some clothes. If I get into the primitive rendezvous stuff I want to have the only pair of sika boots/leggings around! 'Course that gives me a reason to shoot hinds this year, so they better watch out... UNDER THREE MONTHS NOW!!!!
