Wow...thanks guys for the plugs!
Glad everyone is trying and enjoying the bratwurst. We are really starting to take off now. The popularity is booming and we want to take measured steps in the growth of this company. The main thing I'm concerned with now is to continue with the consistency and quality. We are in 8 outlets now and have 5 more on deck, with some minor production issues this week, we are behind the 8ball currently with keeping up. But I'm working feverishly to get the production back up to where it needs to be and to continue with Quality.
Some stores are currently sold out, so call first. The next large batch is being prepared Wednesday at the plant, so expect products back on the shelves by early Saturday!
Thanks everyone, and Osprey, I promise to bring them down there soon! Do they even have refrigeration and grocery stores in Dorchester? ;D

Yep, gotta concentrate on the USDA Pork Crab Brats..The Chesapeake Bay Bratwurst....... the deer brats are retired......don't want anyone else confusing the two...... I never thought it to be a problem, but I can't tell you how many people think the USDA brats are deer? I don't want it to be an issue any longer.... I've had to contact both the local DNR officers to keep them informed, you know how people talk and stories get twisted around.. Now Ozzspray......you putting me on a Sika mutt? I'll promise you can blindfold me on the way there, but can I bring a Mathews? And I'll give you a discount on the new brats! That is if you drag my deer out!
