Hello, My name is Tourette and I like to fling arrows... I live in Washington DC and have been lurking here for a few months. This year I took up bowfishing and I am amazed that given how many targets are around this noble sport is not more popular. This is my #2 source of choice excitement in life, and unlike #1, can be done at night.
I can be very easily persuaded into a trip... if you need gas for the truck and boat and some other fluids I can provide those. I am also an avid birdhunter and surf-angler. Very nice board, could use some more traffic!

Welcome to the site. We don't plan our bowfishing trips very far in advance but if your flexable I'll let you know when we are heading out and your welcome to join.

I believe I am flexible, I hunted carp today on a less than 12 hour notice. The two of us only got 5 smallish carp so this is a bowfisher's version of being "skunked" ;D
I ought to be night hunting capable by the next weekend. If anyone knows their way around tidal Potomac (Alexandria, Mt. Vernon, Ft. Washington), I would love to pick your brains. You shall not lack for gas and beverages.
