;D Hey All, just found your site via my wife after she told me about the monster that was shot by one of her co workers friend. Had no idea anything like that was around. Have been deer hunting for the past 10 years, not much chance while in a 20 yr Navy career. Used to hunt in PG but it got sold to developers. Am now paying a lease to hunt on the Eastern Shore. Saw 30 some deer on opening day but none worth taking, first day rules are 8 or better and outside the ears, Sunday was a dead day as they were all hold up. There were two 8 pointers taken on Saturday by two in our group of 13. Am enjoying the site, the more the merrier. This week end if its brown its down!

Thank you for logging into our site and I hope to hear more from you. That truly is an amazing deer, and we are glad to have pictures of it for everyone to see. Thanks again for coming to our site, and we hope to see you again. My standards are along the lines with yours - must be a mature deer with antlers past the ears, but that buck throws that theory out the window.

Great to have you on the site. I think that buck gets every hunter and even some non-hunters I've talked to, pumped up to get in the woods. My opener was similar 16 deer total, all does and fawns, 1 buck. Out to his ears, probably would have tried for him during bow but opening day is best to stay low and wait for the big boy. Look forward to hearing from you on the site!
