believe me i have tried and tried to forget that trip.... wouldn't have neen near that crappy if we got some birds, but hell no didn't even get to shoot..

No, but we were there for about 10 hours. Luckily the tide came back. Just kept putting off the posting.

Glad you think this is funny OSPREY... ha freaking HA...... Man i was worried we were going to have to anchor the boat and walk out of there. Luckt for us anchoring the boat would have been the least of our worries..

I believe there is an old saying, something to the affect of "Time and Tide wait for no one", You might want to heed that advice next time ;D
I heard there is something under a gazillion geese on the upper Potomac. I'm heading out Saturday to see for myself. Has anyone else heard reports?

Glad to hear from you again. I've seen a whole bunch, all in DC though. Too bad you can't hunt there. Good luck on Saturday.
We noticed the tide was going out about 15 minutes too late, & spent 10 hours there because of it!!

Unfortunately it has been a busy winter and didn't get out too much. No venison in the freezer, down to two bear roasts so I hope to put some geese on the ground tomorrow.
