I hope so, but I haven't seen him or gotten a pic since spring. But the bucks normally bachelor herd elsewhere during the summer, plus he's 5 1/2 now if alive - which should make him even more elusive. I've got my fingers crossed, it's about time to be getting a pic or two of him if he's around. And I'm really hoping blue tongue didn't get him.

Those are some awesome sheds. It never ceases to amaze me what these animals can do when they have a disability.

FREAKHORN LIVES!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D
My Dad saw him yesterday evening, edge of dark, coming out to drink between his pond and feeder. Guess I won't be able to pry the old man out of that spot for a few days!

C'mon Bart, what about me?!?! He's a smart old buck, put the slip on Dad last night. He was at one end of the pond by the feeder in a ground blind, Mom was in the house and saw the buck come out on the near end of the pond, drink, stare down at the blind, then walk back into the thickets. Dad never even saw him! And she said he's huge this year, with an 8-10" sticker straight out off his left antler. Yes, I moved the camera back there today...

Why hasn't he made it into your fridge yet?
Nice deer, if you get him to you plan on mounting him (on the wall).
