Thinking about building a double barrel 10 gauge blackpowder. Any suggestions on where to look for parts?

Boy, you just want to jump in with both feet, don't ya? Doubles have lots of tricky tasks, especially if you need to make the breech parts yourself. You can probably buy one from Cabelas/Pedersoli for less than all the parts would cost. Maybe try The Rifle Shop for parts, not sure if they stock that or not...

I didn't know Osprey, that's just the gun that I'd like to have... Think it would be pretty cool to push the marsh with one.

Sounds good to me, I pay around that for basic parts and stock for most of the flinters I build and they only have one barrel and one lock. This ain't a cheap hobby! Want to really have sticker shock take a look at swivel breech assemblies and full kits with barrels for those!!

Frank I looked at the link, looks like most of the difficult stuff is done already, shouldn't be too bad to put together. If you hit any snags come over one day and I'll give you any help I can.
That's the same 10 SXS that I have, although I bought mine finished years ago from Cabelas. Good muzzleloader, I've taken a few geese and at least one sika with mine.
