Gonna take a trip to the mouth of the bay Monday and was wondering if anyone has any spot/lure suggestions on catching rockfish. I'm going to the ripps first then maybe do some live lining if I have a chance/time. Any inside help is greatly appreciated.

If your going all the way down there, I suggest you fish the tunnels.

The tunnels??? What/where are they. I am familiar with gas docks, the rips and a few piers and deep points but not the tunnels.

Are you going to the mouth of the Bay or the mouth of the Patuxent?
Sounds like your talking about the Patuxent.
There is a deep hole under the solomons bridge that holds some nice perch. The croakers are in and you should do well at the Chinese Mudds. In my opinion blood worms are the best bait for croakers and spot.
