I haven't had a chance to test anything yet. I have RAGES for my Mathews and was thinking of using 3 blade Muzzy in the xbow... Once I get it tuned up and redy next week I will decide. I think i will use muzzys though. haven't seen the rage x bow broadheads yet but I am sure they are well over priced. but I do like them in my compound.

I think the retention is a little stronger for the xbow so they wont open in flight

Good luck with that thing... My buddy who lives in the Carolina's had a horrible time with his.. He sent it back to Cabela's for a full refund... I stick with my tried and true TenPoint. They are alot more money but you get every penny worth.. I shoot the Phantom CLS-C now. I have had five TenPoints in about ten years and have never had a single problem.. Below is my buddies review on Cabela's website... I shoot the NAP 3-blade Spitfire and have not lost a deer yet plus they fly like a field-point.
July 25, 2011 I have been getting geared up for this hunting season in North Carolina. We are now allowed to use crossbows here so I went out and bought this bow. After having it for only 2 weeks I was contacted that I had to send it in for "trigger work". After a long delay in getting it back I finally started practicing with it. After just 15 shots my serving was completely worn out and my string broke! When the string broke all of the limbs cracked. Very poor quality. Good luck getting a hold of Bowtech for support, they don't answer calls!

I don't know anything about Bowtech crossbows but I have been shooting a TenPoint Pro Fusion now for 5 years and have never had one problem with mine. I absolutely stand by the quality of TenPoint crossbows and having harvested several big mature bucks with mine I know how well they perform and shoot.

I have had my ten point for about 5 years. Never had a single problem with mine. I shoot 100 grain 3 blade spitfires expandlibles. The combination is 5 for 5. Still waiting for that mature buck however.

I had a chance to shoot it over the weekend. This thing is bad ass. Its quieter than my bowtech Equalizer bow.
