bad day in the paper today

wow.. bad day in the maryland independent today.

first they pull out over 10 tons of illegally caught striped bass in the bay from illegal gill nets

then they ran an article about a girl getting her horse shot and killed by a high powered rifle. talked about other land owners finding shot in their cattle or an arrows in their horses.

i'm pretty sure those landowners will think twice before allowing folks to come hunt around their property again. It didn't say if it was a hunter or a lone nut, but stuff like that definitely looks bad on the hunting community. or what's your thoughts?

I read those articles and felt the same way! I know where that girl lives and there are some joining properties to hunt around them and little they can do about it. I know that this stuff is on the rise! I hear of a lot of this stuff going on that is not published in the papers! SUCKS!
