Got the Hind back from the butcher Tuesday and grilled me and the family up some tenderloin and steaks last night. It has been a while since I had eaten SIKA and I almost forgot how freaking awesome it is. If you have never had it you must try and either get one yourself of find someone that will let you try it. It blows whitetail out of the water and it is delicious.

yeah but with the temps being a lil high and not having the time to do it myself i didn't want to risk it spoiling.

I agree it is better than whitetail. I lost my meat earlier in the year. Power went out for two days. Forgot all about my basement freezer.
