He can always "donate" the rack, and he can get money "donated" to his account. There has got to be some loop hole in the law. Deer meat, I can understand, but antlers and hides seems a bit over the top. A special permit is required I'm sure.

Am I missing something or did this deer just disappear? Normally this time of the year North Amer Whitetail ,Deer & Deer Hunting, etc would be showcasing a deer of this caliber from an area not nationally know for huge deer.(locally we know otherwise).

The deer is still being mounted (full body) and should be done soon. I believe replicas of the antlers will then be cast. He was waiting on the "official score" from B&C.

It`s here........check out Sept O7 edition of North American Whitetail it has a huge story on the "Monster of the Marsh" aka The Billy Crutchfield Buck .It was written by the editor of the magazine Duncan Dobie.I just glanced over it but I think I have already seen "Charles County,Md" a half dozen times.Although I was born, raised and lived in St Mary`s County until I was 30 I shot my first deer in Charles Co and have lived here for the last 17 years .It is just amazing that the largest deer ever taken on the Eastern Seaboard came from lil ol Charles County. It is a good feeling , no a great feeling.
