I keep hearing about fallow deer in Maryland but I can not find anyone who knows were they are. Sika deer are on the Eastern shore Like Dorchester but no one knows were the fallow deer are. Do any of you know were I should start looking for them?

Scattered escapees, but no real population of them. Only ones I've seen were in Talbot a few years ago, but nowhere near any public lands.

Like Osprey said, the one population of them in was in Talbot county. I've heard of escapees shot in Dorchester, but never any numbers of them.

The ones in PG were in Croom, escapees like the others on the shore. No real population of them.

Used to be a few on upper shore, a few off 295, and a few near Croom. Croom ones were escapees, and were most recent, but haven't heard of any been seen the last few years.
