Well it came and went, so how did everybody do?I had a great time afield but saw no deer in the morning and only two doe in the evening. Heard one of them bleating which got my blood going because I thought that maybe a nice buck would be trialling behind, but that wasn't the case. The morning hunt provided some beautiful scenery as the fog slowly rolled out of the swamp that I was hunting. Here are a few pics of my view that morning.

In the big bean field and the small bean field on Kentuckey Tail to most of them where in the early season when I was going to work early in the morning like 4:00AM most of the sightings I would give my left leg to find some place over there. you are luckey to have family there

Its great property and holds some real nice bucks. Missed ont last year during the rut, saw at least 6 bucks that afternoon. Although I will dream about that droptine until I can make it there again. It always nice to have other hunters let you know what they see near your hunting spots. Much better than the best trail cam. I'll definetly let you know if I come across him.

well i got me another nice lil doe yesterday. not to bad for just walking around stalking. wind was bad so i thought i would do a walk about and got lucky to jump one up and get it to stop at about 65 yards. the ole OMEGA did the trick. put her down in her tracks.
