Lightning and rain will be the only thing that stops me tomorrow morning. Have about 50 - 75 bothering a watermelon patch. Good luck if you go. Doug

Went out this morning (21st) and shot a watermelon field. Set up decoys in a feeding set over broken open melons. Used a Buster II as well. All soft calling using Mincey and Gibson hand calls. Crows came in by ones, twos and threes which started shortly after daylight. I quit at 9 am and had 29 on the ground. Used a Benneli Montefeltro 20 guage and , luckily, shot pretty well. I had 1 triple and 3 doubles. It was a great morning, cool temp, to be out. Heard 1 gobble and saw 1 bald eagle. A great day indeed.

Put em in the freezer and use them for decoys for next crow hunt. I hear you can eat them as well.

Check out my website www.crowbusters.com. There is more info there about crow hunting than you can read in a week. Enjoy and go to Crowmart for all your crow hunting merchandise needs. Enjoy, Doug
