Just like deer, I see turkeys all the time up until opening day. Then they seem to disappear.

I saw a nice gobbler yesterday on Croom Station rd about 2:30. That really got me fired up!! I went scouting this morning, nothing hammering today but i saw a lotta tracks and scratchings. Time is getting cose, 3 weeks boys!!! GOBBLE, GOBBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friend came by asked if i would ride down to the farm this evening saw a group of 9 1 -big gobbler 2-jakes rest hens digging in cow pie's in a field watched them for over forty minutes really didn't have a taste for turkey at that moment

I saw a group of about 7 or so on Budds Creek Rd near Horse Shoe Rd by the dump. Its almost here....

They were hammering yesterday in the ole Zekiah Swamp!!!! At 6:30 am one started to gobble , then 3 more kicked in. I crawed within 60 yards of them and hid behind a log. At 6:50 am they flew out of the roost, the opposite way from me .After 10 minutes i hit me ole crow call and they hammered 2 more times. I left them alone and went deep in the swamp and located another gobbler at 8:30 am. You can say it was an exciting morning!!

Saw 3 big toms all alone off of Nanticoke RD in Wicomico County on Saturday. One had at least a 10" beard, and that's conservative. It was around 11 with no hens to be seen.
