Here is the registration form for the 3D tournament to be held at the Expo.

You may pre-register by printing out the form filling it out and sending payment to the address on the form. All form must be received no later than August 15th.

I know I am getting old and need glasses, but how much does it cost to enter?

I'm the same way and asked the same question. Of course after I asked the question I saw the cost in the leaf on the form, $5 (I'm glad I'm not the only blind old guy here
