Is everybody switched over to whiteys? Anybody still prowling the marshes? I'm getting back to them this week, at least gotta start scouting for gun season, been 5 years since I've been in Maryland this time of year to chase 'em with the boom stick.

I think I'll make another trip out in January for some late season action.

I'm after them here and there Dave. I was out tonite, saw 5 all hinds. I've been looking for a particular 6 point that I missed at 15 yards prior to muzzleloader. Saw him after that again and could not get a good shot at 5 yards. Too many eyes and lots of thick stuff, just could not get off a shot. With waterfowl in I'll be distracted but will get out a few more times before gun season.
BTW-I'm loving this Sunday hunting in Dorchester this year, great way to wrap up a weekend with a quiet bowhunt in the marsh, seems like all the non-locals go home early.

I'm still after them partially. Been trying to get a whitetail down, but think I'm gonna head out tomorrow afternoon and give my WT spot a rest. Brian, couldn't agree more I love this Sunday hunting. Too bad today was the last one. Seems like I have the woods to myself and it makes the trip down that much more worthwhile. Makes my lease worth it.
