Reports aren't good. Personally I saw a bunch on the marshes at Fishing Bay last week while working, but earlier this week while sika hunting it was only blacks and mallards flying around. Worried the cold front over us pushed them out, and the few guys that I talked to today all saw very few and heard very little shooting. There were 12-16 boats at the Bestpich ramp this morning around 8-9am when I went past...

Never heard a shot on the Patuxent today. Didn't get out until 0800, though. And in with a bushel QUICK! ;D
Did see some mallards and a few woodies WAY upriver on Tuesday. Was a fair number of folks after them today, just didn't hear any shooting, and the two groups at the ramp never saw any.

No luck in ol chuck county yet either. Saw a few down in allen's fresh but mostly mallards. Anyone know why they stopped letting you hunt on the west side of 301 this year?

A great photo of Big Fox looking stealth during early teal ;D Sorry it took so long posting. Notice Hairy Head and Jarhead to the left; well concealed.

Sort of hard for big fox to be concealed.
