All, The following link is to Primos' website where they have something that is pretty much like Buckwildadventures but only half as cool. It's called Cabin Chat. Our wonderful Administrators have recently posted on here about Buckwild expanding and going national. I was indifferent before, but now I offer Primos' website as a "look into the future." Check it out and see what you think. They have something like 9000 members and a ton of blogs. However, I pretty much felt overwhelmed with it all. Who wants to read all of it? If Buckwild ever goes national I would at least break it up into small regions to keep the groups close. As someone mentioned before, the small town feel is what makes this site so fun. The mentality is, if Bowtech is finding sheds in his backyard why can't I?? He only lives 5 miles from me....afterall, you amaze us all Bowtech....you amaze us all. What do you guys think??? cabinchat.primos.com/index.php?showforum=28Get the Fever......

I've looked at some other hunting websites including Primos's cabin chat and never once did I post anything on any of them. Don't get me wrong, I love all of the Primos products. They were a key factor in helping me take my first P&Y buck. I'm sure there is some great info on them but I like Buckwild's website because I can relate to all of the areas that the guy's are talking about. It makes it very personal and easy to relate to because it is so close to home. I agree with Huntin' Fever, if Buckwildadventures does go national please save us a "locals" section.

Due to the feedback we've gotten. We may leave things as they are. We started this for MD hunters to showcase local trophies. And that is exactly what has happened. When we lost the check in stations we lost a piece of tradition. I like to think the site makes up for that in a way. And lets people talk from evey cornor of the state. I knew maybe twenty (or less) other hunters total and now feel like I know a hundred. I'd rather have 50 people posting things about MD than 9000 posting so much it takes three hours to read it all. I visit other sites sometimes and get lost in the mix, sensory overload. Until this sight I had never posted on another forum. Thanks to everyone who visits and makes the place what it is, BUCKWILD.
