So how'd everyone do? Rocked the Dorchester Double, well, actually triple. Shot a spike sika walking marsh edges with Bartman in the AM on public, then came home and whacked a big old doe early in the afternoon, then later in the afternoon shot one off the hit list, a big bodied 8 point with shortish tines. Damn good day! Oh, and watching Fox drive down the night before, get up early, sit in a cold stand all day and shoot one sika was good. Sleeping in, shooting the same size sika in two hours, then coming home and whacking two nice whitetails? Priceless!!

Way to get it done Osprey especially in the late season. Congrats!! again on some great kills. I sat in a stand all day 9 miles down the road from Big Fox and never saw a sika or a whitetail just a ton of turkeys.

I wanted to post some pics to add to the story but they all had to much Intel in the background. Between dragging out your sika and providing the entertainment I'd say you had a nice weekend. I had some buddies in camp who had never killed a deer before and managed to get both of them shots at deer, but had 2 misses. Saturday was probably the coldest day I've ever hunted, the wind chill was at -6 in the AM.
