My good buddy Mike took his 14 year old daughter Jackie out hunting turkeys for the 2012 Virginia Youth Day and man did they ever get it done. A beautiful mature tom that weighed 19lbs, 11 inch beard and 1 1/8 inch spurs. Congrats!! to Jackie. Attachments:

Sorry fixed the post, I meant the 2012 season. I hope so too Andy and will be out at Ben's Friday morning before first light to listen for birds on the roost and setting up a ground blind for us to hopefully have Dylan kill a big Tom from. I feel very confident we will at least get the chance at a tom.

great bird and congrats. ive been scouting like crazy for my boys 1st youth day this saturday.
I got a couple tied to the tree... hopefully the plan come together!
