That is a great start to any trophy room. Who did the work again? That is one of the best faces on a bear I have seen. Really nice work it looks lifelike. One day I'll get a crack at a bear. I havn't added much to my trophy room in the last two years. I better get busy. Nice Bear!

Looks awsome! Some day I need to get my father a bear hunting trip. He has always wanted to do that and i would love to do it myself. I will take my 7mm mag though for my first bear. But I shoot a bear all the time. Fred Bear! ;o)

An outfitter I know owns 87000 acres in canada. A full week of hunting plus lodging and permits $1500. I already put the bug in my wifes head. I'm looking at going not this spring but the following spring.

I hunted this place back in the late 80's and early 90's for 5 springs in a row. This used to be a Mom and Pop buissiness, the son came in once in a while. Then the dad(Lauier Galipeau) died from cancer. I wonder if this Jim Stewart runs it now. The bear hunting is great and the walley fishing is even better. Only difference is the price, when I was going it cost $450 now it's $1500 WOW ! From the pics the place looks pretty much the same except for that cabin, it was all trailers back then. Watch out for those black flies!!!

I don't know what it was like before but I know he has jet skis and boats to rent, as well as 4 wheelers. I think in the last year or two he has built a bunch of new cabins. Nice guy and I can't wait to get up there for a hunt.
Some of the guys I have talked to that have been there also say the fishing is awesome and wouldn't think of going there without a rod.
