(Special note - if you guys hurry over to his house you might get there before he eats all of the pack of crab brats I sent home with him!!) He sure didn't waste any time trying them! Not that I would have either. I got this picture at about 7:00. Guess he had crab brats for dinner. Better be some left for me. ;D

Cool Pics! I have even seen deer off of the boardwalk. when the rut was on! My goal is to shoot a deer out of Isle of Wight. For those of you who don't know where that is, Isle of wight is that little Island in the middle of the route 90 bridge. Its different to hunt out there with the city skyline in the background. Ive never seen any big bucks back there though. I hit a four point with my K-9 car two years ago but it din't kill the deer.

Glad you liked the brats!
Yeah, those are still antlers from this winter, I've seen them carry them pretty late, much later than whitetails. Used to ride down Assateague roads in the mornings before work one year when I was down there, plenty of stags with antlers into April, and they seemed to grow 'em back much quicker, were always some done and hardhorned in August. What's your experience on that Bowprk?
Nybuckstalker, there's a few deer on there, but your best bet is early bow season, once the leaves drop and few guys get in there it's tough. Another job when I was down that way had me on Lighthouse Sound before and as it was being built (the golf course next to Isle of Wight on the north side) and the deer would come off there when pressured and run into the Lighthouse marshes and thickets.

I forgot you took those whitetail shots! I rode back over after I dropped you off, Gio, but nothing left out except a few of the does along the road, was hoping to catch a late stag moving around.
