I had two stands stolen last year on my own farm. my grandfather got sick with cancer and I got busy with him, so my stands stayed in the tree for a little longer than I would have liked. When I went to get the stands, both were gone. I wish that I could catch just one of the guys that do these types of things and I sure that there would be one less A**hole to deal with.

Last year I had my climbing stand and deer cart stolen from the back of my truck in my driveway, I know it was the kid next door and his friends just have that felling cant prove it but I am sure it was them. Cost about $250 to replace them. They were even locked with a cable lock.

Had a Mathews and backpack full of gear stolen out of my truck in my driveway two years ago. Just got a call this morning and might have a lead on where to find it. Going to the police station in the morning.
The worst part was having to go buy a brand new mathews and buck knife. Life sucks!

Sounds like you need to move to a new (non) neighborhood!

Reed, Hope it works out for ya. If you get the bow back, you can sell the bow and ease the pain of the cost of your new one. Any theft over five Hundred dollars is a felony. I would press all charges and hopefully jam the guy up just for being a piece of sh*t.
