Anyone noticed much going on?
Been seeing smaller bucks chasing.

Haven't so far, but it's just too warm. Was in Ohio last week and saw very little sign and no bucks, so far at home this week nothing but a few does and fawns. This weekend - wait for the cold front.

Been exceedingly slow for me and my trailcams. I have a feeling it's going to be wide open this weekend with the cold front.

Went out for lunch today and it felt like summertime. Looking forward to Sunday's hunt though...

I had a bit of movement when the front came through, but not the big boys. Only seen one shooter so far all rut, and he snuck in behind me when I was grunting to another deer way out in the field, picked me off.

When I was walking in Saturday morning, I could smell a buck that was upwind of me. I walked about 75 yards & hit the corner & made a left, headed to my stand & where the smell came from. Walked another 50 yards & next thing I knew, I had 2 doe snorting at me 10 yards away, but instead of running away, they were coming right toward me, grunting buck right behind them.
Saw two more deer once I actually got to the stand, but the majority of my excitement was before I ever got to the tree (or was able to actually see how big the buck was).

Been seeing some chasing on and off. Seen a dandy buck this morning taking my son to day care at 5am with two does right in front of him. The weather has everything messed up.

I had a lot of chasing for three days straight late last week, but still not seeing the big boys. I'm afraid they're locked down with does now, getting lots of reports of big bucks with single does bedded way out in ag fields. Hoping for a good gun season, but the full moon doesn't look encouraging...

Really slowed down over here last few days. Saw a ton of dead bucks on road, plus lots of chasing, first week of November. Stuck a doe that was being chased by a small buck on the 4th. Youngest son killed a monster on Youth Day, that was actively looking for love. Was walking out of our lives, when a desperate mouth grunt brought him right back. Then saw his twin Monday afternoon, walking out in the open with one thing on his mind.

Slow for me this weekend. Had a 1.5 year old harassing some does. Trail cams across three counties didn't show much action too. Only had one mature buck on his feet in daylight.

This is the least active rut I've witnessed in the last 7 years. Saw a lot of chasing the last week of muzzle loader and not much action since. Not sure if it was the temperature or just the areas I'm hunting. I had 10 does pass by near my stand on 11/20 (no shot) and a 1.5 year old buck passed by and really didn't even pay them any notice.
