On opening day bowseason? I think its on a saturday. I'll be hunting in Charlotte Hall, St. Mary's county. Put a bag of corn out a week before and wait for the pie ball/ pie bald , anybody know which ones right. 90 degrees or not. Maybe hunt near a corn field in the afternoon in Charles county on my uncles farm.

I'll be sitting in my ground blind in front of a pile of corn, in a little patch of woods near Boyds, MD (Mont. Co.). Or in a creek bottom at the edge of a corn field. Or maybe both ;D

I will be in a natural blind hunting a food source in Cecil county... if the wind cooperates. Other wise I will be in one the the many stands I have set up over the past couple months.

I'll be in my deer stand that I built last January near the marsh by my house in Dunkirk, Calvert County MD. This stand is a Cadillac. It's total cost without labor was $500.00 in pressure treated lumber!!!!!

Depends on what the wind tells me. Could be on my place trying to whack an early doe, could be in the marsh after an early sika, could be off trying a new public spot in the oaks. But unless it's 105 degrees or something I'll be hunting, that's for sure...

that's a tough one. i will be hunting in huntingtown in calvert county at my dad's house, but i have no idea where. maybe the ridge top between the bedding and the biologic, or in the funnel leaving the corn field, or the hedgerow sorrounded by cornfields, or one of my bait sights, or the apple trees. i really have no idea yet. i'll have to wait to see what the weather and the wind is doing. overall i have 14 spots that i have a lot of confidence in. 13 of those have no possibility of someone else being there.
and i'm still not sure if i want to take my compound bow or my longbow. but i do know i will be out there for sure no matter the weather. can't wait for 9/15.

I'll be in my tree stand behind my house for the morning. That's where I got my big one last year. If I can hunt the evening.... I'll be at a new property in laplata that I got permission to hunt on or in Nanjemoy. More familiar with Nanjemoy, only got to walk the laplata property once.

Where do you plan on going in? There are a couple of entrances. I never go in the main one. Either off bumpy oak rd or near the power lines. I saw alot of rubs and some scrapes before the rut near the power lines and 225. Also a bunch of turkey. Not a bad place for public land but stay away during gun season, like a war zone.
