Nice pickeral. I've only caught a couple of those & none that big. Been out once this year & caught a few catfish. Here's me with my first of the year. My buddy Robbie with the biggest of the day - 16lb fish caught on 6lb line... Couple decent fish... Ended up catching 80 to 100 fish in 3 hours. The bite was pretty good. Quite a few smaller ones with some decent ones mixed in. Using plain old nightcrawlers for bait - can't wait for the herring to come. ;D

Deer hunter, Where are you? Not like I have a boat and will go but it looks familiar.

Out in the Potomac near Marshall Hall. Those houses in the first pic are Virginia.

Thought so! Ever fished there in the spring when the rock fish are running?? Incredible! A friend and I caught a total of about 60 in 3 hours. Every cast brought in a rock 16 inches or bigger. My buddy got a 16lber in 2 feet of water. They run before season comes in so you can't keep them.

I've caught em too. I've seen them over 50 lbs in early April. I usually don't even see any caught under 30 inches, but when the season actually comes in all of the fish are gone.

Those pics are almost enough to make me put the boat in the water! (Good thing I never got around to winterizing it!)

If I had a boat it would never be winterized! I would also be in a heap of trouble with my wife for not being home!!

If I had a boat it would never be winterized! I would also be in a heap of trouble with my wife for not being home!! Well considering my "winterizing" is pulling off the outboard and tossing it in the shed, I guess I ain't too far off. I do like to squirt a little Marine Stor in the cylinders.

Me & my dad went out yesterday & he caught his biggest fish ever. It weighed in at 27 1/2 pounds. We were actually after white perch but didn't have much luck with those.
