Looks like a big project. My brother had a Mercury Comet caliente. I think like from 63-67. I restored a 1975 ford F250 custom when I was 16 with my dad. Alot of work but it turned out awesome. Then when I was 19 got into a pinch with money and sold it for only $2500. Could have got at least double. (It was restored from the ground up including engine) Good luck with your project. Post some pics at different stages so we can see how its going.

That definitely has some cool possibilities! Can't wait to see the progress. I used to have old Mustangs (67 coupe, 68 convertible) when I was 16-20 years old, would like to have another hot rod but Jeeps rule my life now.

I take that back its Not a cyclone its a caliente. My mistake. Finally dug into it today definitly needs a lot of sanding and welding.

My boss has a 63 galaxy 429 I am doing (helping)ha the chasis for him right now somebody down in Virginia is doing the body else is working. The car was on the road until a tornado redesigned it..
