I have found over the last couple of years, my family has really enjoyed the bag roasting. I take a medium to large hind quarter roast, marinade it overnight in your favorite marinade, go to the store and get one of those pot roast baking bags, use the spices that come with the bag and salt and pepper and rub the roast. Shove red potatoes, onions, apples, celery and carrots in the bag and cook for 2 hours @ 325 degrees. Man my mouth is watering just thinking about how good it is. The great thing about it is, you can put anything in one of those bags. We do duck's, geese, and pheasant. It always comes out great. Try it sometime, I think you will agree.
