Finally got the bow over to Fred’s today. The guy’s name was Joe who helped me get all the extras needed, told him I won it at the Expo and he smiled and said what the hell took you so long getting it here, don’t you know what you have. Very helpful and keeps you laughing. That being said we began. Going to put a G5 Optix site, Mathews 2 pc quiver, max hunter trupeep, quad hunter rest, bulldog release and a Mathews drenalin case.

I drew that bow back before it was given away & wanted to run away with it! ;D
Won't be too long now. Good luck.

Got the bow back yesterday, can't believe it. It's awesome. Joe was a big help. This being my first bow. The first time shooting it, dead on the target at 20 yds. Looking forward to shooting this weekend, getting good enough to take in the woods. Never felt any release. That bow is smooth.

You should get a whisker biscut rest.

I ask about the whisker biscuit and they didn't recommend it because it destroys the feathers on the arrows over time, QAD Ultra rest hunter

Mathews is falling behind. They are great bows no dbout but they are stuck with the single cam which has pretty much reached its speed limit and now days speed sells. The new speed bows are not only fast but very forgiving which untill recently didnt go hand in hand. Instead of "catch us if you can" it should be "We need to catch up if we can" Oh and your going to LOVE that QAD rest. Full containment drop away = best rest on the market.

Freds Sports----------------- Poachers paradise. Knew those guys when they were young and 80% of those big ones they brag about were poached. And they are a-holes if you dont have a " top of the line " Matthews ---------------------- I guess they are suckers to.

No what you mean there jimbo. Their customer service sucks big nuts and it is a shame because I would rather give my business to a "mom and pops" store over a chain.

I needed something bad sunday and stopped in Fred's. Stood in front of the archery counter for over 10 min's and noone stopped by to ask if I needed anything. First time I have been in there in over 5 years, and will probably be another 5. I also use Kim, I usually have to drop money on the counter and run because she doesn't want to charge for her time.

That is horrible! Even worse if you walk into Fred's and they glare at you as if you are going to steal something. I agree, Kim is a great lady that is very knowledgeable and I truly enjoy doing business with her.
