Hope we keep with the favorable weather for you.

Bart, you know I was planting that weekend, too. Got in an acre and a half of Rack Radish plots, they've all sprouted nicely and look good so far! Going to try and get fertilizer out this weekend and worked in for the next round, couple acres of turnips and some clover replantings.

Was worried about the lack of rain so hit it with a 4gal backpack sprayer filled with water yesterday. Little plants looked to be coming up good. Hopefully we'll get some rain tomorrow.

I just got in from the tractor. Betting on the rain tonight and tomorrow! Fertilized and tilled that in Saturday, seeded over 2 acres/3 plots today. Two plots mixed Imperial WT Clover/Tall Tine Tubers, one big plot of brassica mix with some extra purple top turnip seed mixed in. That does it for me for the year as long it all comes up. Well, probably some liming next month, but this should wrap up planting. Just need the water tonight...

Don't you just love weathermen? WBOC down here out of Salisbury, if they call for sunshine you better pack a flashlight!

Looked at mine this morning & it is already sprouting in some spots - without a drop of rain...
Really hope we get some rain here soon so it doesn't sputter out.

I seem to be getting enough this weekend to really help out. Nearly a half inch Thursday night and a steady light drizzle all afternoon today. Little plants growing and looking happy! Top seeded some jap millet this morning in some bare spots where the seeder got a little streaky, rain should sprout that - some extra green browse for the deer until frost.
