MD Legislature has some HORRIBLE anti-gun bills in the hopper:
One of the worst is SB 0281: it will require registration, a $100 license/5 years, plus $15 per regulated gun, and NO transport allowed: so you can keep them, just can't go hunting, or to the range, or compete, etc) Plus, all kinds of training requirements, etc, etc, etc
NO possession of ammunition for those under 21 (and NO exemptions for hunting, target shooting, etc)
An 18 years old can put his life on the line in harm's way for our country, but can't posses a single round of ammunition back in home in MD?
All kinds of crap in this bill, and plenty more bills to follow.
Here is a GREAT link from Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore to email EVERY member of the Senate Judiciary Committee at once, with one email. Somtimes it is slow, but please get it donw.
Getting close to 1/2 million emails sent!

I suggest starting with the Sen. Jud. Committee, plus your Senator, and maybe Senate Pres Mike Miller.
They also have links to hit your Delegates and all US Congressmen and Senators.
Ruger also has the smae setup linked on their website.
This is a quick and easy way, but I'd also suggest writing a few old fashioned letters and making a few followup calls, esp to your District's officials (all links on AGCB site)
But at LEAST send the emails!
Hearings on gun bills will be Wednesday Feb 6 in Annapolis, at 1 pm I think. If you can, please try to make it. You can testify, but plan on getting their early.
We NEED to stop this now!
So PLEASE at least send the emails, and make your voice heard, instead of crying about it if/when it passes.
And PLEASE be respectful. If you are a vet or LEO, let them know.
It's going to be an uphill battle, but there are some on the committee who may be swayed by reason, instead of emotion.
PLEASE pass it on, get family and friends to weigh in, and lets flood them. Remember, although many forget it, they work for US.
Thanks, Dave
