WOW! What a helluva deer this is why we all hunt! This is definitely a deer of a lifetime! CONGRATULATIONS! We are definitely proud of you bud! I am a full time taxidermist in Waldorf, MD. We know hunters in the same crowd and I have heard how dedicated you are and how hard you hunt; if you want I will mount this trophy for you for free! Just had to chime in again..... I didn't even shoot this buck and still had a hard time getting to sleep last night after seeing it. All I could thing about was DEER and HUNTING and BUCKS and RACKS and I even had a dream about the d**n thing...What is it about this wonderful creature we call whitetails that drives us hunters so crazy!!! I am a t work now and all I can think about is getting back in the woods this Saturday....I guess I understand why my wife says I am obsessed with hunting....I AM P.S. In the mad rush to post these pics last night I overlooked my my misspelling of the word "Point" on the home page. Cant fix it till I get home...Man those big bucks will make your head spin ;D

Something is fishy about this large buck. Check out this link from the Ohio DNR www.ohiodnr.com/wildlife/Hunting/adamscodeer.htmSure looks like the same deer to me. Compare the black plastic bed liner with the silver clamps on the top. Now my question is: Who's really harvested this buck???

There are about 20 differences in the rack alone, and I didn't even look too hard.

appartently coming from someone who either does not hunt or is just not very bright.... Randal you need to either take a closer look at those two deer or just keep your insane comments to yourself. those two deer are not even close to being the same deer.

from what i understand they knew this deer was there and saw it last year, it was bedded down in a marsh and he got a shot at it when it stood later on, hunting from a tree stand, other people on this site and a few other people with adjoining property have trail cam pics of this deer, and i know of one property owner that has at least two others that share the same frame as this deer(related?)

The thing about having a record is that there is always something bigger and better than "it" out there! I have not been out that much cause of my baby boy and now it is killing me even more!! Congrats Mr. Critchfield. Keep hunting fellas cause somewhere in Charles County.... there is a bigger buck!! Comment on the same buck being from ohio........... I thought some of my middle schoolers didn't pay attention to the obvious! WOW! Not even close and I looked at it for no more than 10 seconds!
