I caught this bass on the third cast of the evening!! I caught this 26 inch snakehead in the grass near smallwood All together the three of us caught 51 bass and one snakehead! It was a great day on the river!!!

I had it fried. Little bit of cocktail sauce. I believe it was dipped in a little bit of milk/egg batter after being rinsed, then lightly breaded.
It was filleted, just as you would any other fish. At least from what I could tell.

Filet, chunk, dip in beer or milk, then Uncle Bucks, then deep fry.
Or mix corn meal, Bisquick, + some pepper and Old Bay.
