We usually have 2-3 fish a week which is an awful lot of meat to chow down on. I'll check to see if anybody farms pigs near me. I would not eat carp too often. They are usually high in mercury and PCB's. Go to where you can't see the bottom and slit the carp the whole length of the belly and they will not float. I only do that if I do not have somewhere else to take them.

You can always offer them to the Amish if you have any near where you live, they will either bottle them for themselves or give them to the pigs they raise.. I usually take a few deer to the Amish every year. I know nothing goes to waste with those families......
