Im in northeast md (Cecil County) and have the hardest time finding good places to go... i have a reel and arrows and what not but cant see far enough into the water even using polarized glasses to be able to see the carp in the bay even when they were spawning they would breach the surface and disappear before i could get a shot off ... i have found 2 small creeks i can see them but unfortunately they are popular swimming spots so most of the time they are a no go ... any local suggestions at all? also where can i get in on the stingray action (hopefully hot and heavy action as far north as possible) ? Secrets tips locations anything at all will help thanks guys and gals

I am by no means any where near as experienced a bowfisherman as many of the others on this forum, but since nobody else replied; here's my two cents.
If you have found a swimming creek with carp in it, then that is still a good spot. All you have to do (probably) is get there early, most people are not willing to get up at 6:00 a.m. in the summer to go swim in a cold creek. (I hopes this works as well for you as it has for me)

Rock Hall and Kent Narrows are the northern most cownose spots.
