Take a nice back-strap and marinate it in Italian dressing overnight. Then get two cloves of garlic and cut into a few pieces and cut a few slits in the back-strap to stuff the garlic in.
Rub the outside of the back-strap with salt and pepper.
Get a pan really hot with a little olive oil and brown the back-strap (2min on each side)
Then finish off on the grill for about 20-25 min
