Over the last few days I've spotted a spike chasing does on Sunday morning and then tonight I was hunting behind my house in New Market with my bow(houses are to close for gun) and saw a 8 point chasing a doe. He didn't come my way. It was about a month ago that I saw the same thing with the same bucks. I think some of the does have cycled again.

Not seeing much on property in Nanjemoy. I have hunted with Friends for the last couple of weekends in Nanjemoy and we aren't seeing many deer. Our corn piles aren't being hit much either. Looks like they've pulled their disappearing act again.

Got out on saturday about 10:00am after the rain stopped, not seeing nothing and then about 1:00 I seen a doe with a bad limp sneaking out of the wood edge and kept looking back, though here we go and then after 15 min or so he came out, big 8 or 10 couldn't shoot to far but could see through the binoculars, his nose was tight to the ground, was watching then a 4 and spike behind him. Blood really pumping then, the 4 and spike butted heads for a while and walked off the other kept his nose to the doe and walked off, never got close enough to shoot but a great show.
